1. Definitions

"Service" refers to the bookkeeping education courses, materials and group support provided by Moneth. "User" refers to any individual accessing our website or enrolled in a course. "We", "Us" or "Our" refers to Moneth. "Content" refers to materials, templates and course content we provide. "Agreement" refers to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By enquiring about, enrolling in, or attending a Moneth course, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and above who have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Service Description

Moneth provides general bookkeeping education, including workshops, a six-week course, and a comprehensive programme, along with templates and group support. Our services are available to small business owners and individuals in Malaysia and may be delivered in person or through group sessions as scheduled.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate information when enrolling, attend sessions in a manner respectful of facilitators and fellow learners, and use provided templates and materials for their own business purposes only.

Prohibited activities include reproducing or redistributing course materials for commercial resale, and disruptive conduct during group sessions.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, templates and the printed manual remain the intellectual property of Moneth. Enrolled users receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials for their own business record-keeping. Redistribution or resale of course materials is not permitted.

6. Payment Terms

Course fees are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and payable at the time of enrollment unless otherwise agreed. Refund requests made before a course begins are considered on a case-by-case basis; refunds are not typically available once a course has commenced, except where required by law.

7. Course-Specific Terms

Enrollment in the Records Course and Complete Programme is confirmed upon payment. Completion of a course does not constitute a professional accounting qualification or license; our courses are general education only. Group support sessions included in the Complete Programme are scheduled within three months of course completion.

8. Disclaimers

Our courses are provided on an "as is" educational basis. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, and our courses do not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice. Users should consult a licensed accountant or relevant professional for advisory services specific to their business.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Moneth's liability arising from these Terms or use of our services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant course. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify Moneth against claims arising from their misuse of course materials or breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in a course; fees already paid are subject to the refund terms above. Provisions relating to intellectual property and limitation of liability survive termination.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will first be addressed through informal resolution between the parties; if unresolved, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Penang, Malaysia.

13. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding our services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to do so later.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
